Delete your Instagram connection or account data.

Disconnect Instagram immediately

1. Sign in to AuditLayerMedia.
2. Open Connections and find the Instagram account.
3. Select Disconnect and delete access.

This deletes stored Instagram access from AuditLayerMedia. Your subjects and report history remain. Reconnect before running new reports that need connected Instagram metrics; disconnecting does not silently switch those reports to public data.

Request full account deletion

Email support@auditlayermedia.com from the address used for your account with the subject “AuditLayerMedia data deletion request.” We will verify ownership, delete the account and associated reports, connections and profile data, and confirm completion within 10 business days.
